    Description

    *** MUST BE A PT (NO PTA'S PLEASE) AND HAVE A MASTERS DEGREE ***

    We are seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    Master's degree or higher

    Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)

    3X12 Hour Shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)

    Preferred:

    Interventional Pain (1+ years)

    ANY one of the following valid licenses/certifications:

    Wellness Coaching Certification

    Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification

    Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional Certification

    Responsibilities:

    Provide excellent health care for patients

    Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care

    Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals

    Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises

    Supervise aides and monitor patient progress

    Address pain management as a crucial component of care

    Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies

    Write timely and accurate documentation

    Achieve a reasonable level of productivity

    Participate in research studies and help develop protocols

    Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy

    Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally

    Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques

    Perks:

    Base Salary: Expect a generous average compensation of over $80,000.
