- Establish and maintain client communications and excellent customer service
- Answer phone, check messages, and make out-going calls to clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight and certified
- Filing and making copies of client paperwork
- Preparing and setting calendar(s) for client appointments
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Processing payments for client services rendered and other expenses
- Performing data entry on a regular basis
- Perform all other office tasks
- High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of professional office services experience (only CPA firm, Law firm, or Medical/Dental office)
- Outstanding organization skills, strong listening skills, and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communicator and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks/projects, juggle deadlines, and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, problem solving, and results
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a self-motivated Full-time Administrative Support For CPA Firm who can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Compensation will be in line with experience. Paid holidays and paid time off will be available after a probationary period is over. Position will be full time with a target of 35-40 hours worked weekly, except for tax season. During tax season, additional hours will be required to meet demand and will exceed 40 hours weekly.
