- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a transmission planning engineer
- Experience with PSS/E software for power system analysis
- Familiarity with TARA for transient stability assessment
- Proficiency using ASPEN for steadystate voltage analysis
- Knowledgeable about PSCAD simulation software
- Perform load flow studies and contingency analyses.
- Develop transmission plans that meet regulatory requirements while minimizing costs.
- Conduct feasibility studies related to new interconnections between existing systems.
- Coordinate closely within other departments such as Control Room Operations & Project Management teams.
