    The Business Systems Analyst will support the various processes and systems within the Global Labelling team.

    This will include working closely with teams on troubleshooting challenges as well as helping to identify and implement new solutions to cater to various business needs.

    The Business Systems Analyst will create the visualization needed to support the team metrics.

    Understanding of the existing processes and transition to the new processes and their impact will be meaningful to help build a solid future for our businesses.

    The individual will be involved in on-going support of existing and new systems and processes such as Windchill, RIMS, Robar, Prisym, eLabeling website etc.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    Ensure quality & integrity of Global labeling systems and processes.
    Analyze country specific regulatory requirements and their impact to support various initiatives within Global Labeling.
    Review training materials from user standpoint to ensure materials are easily understood, quickly accessed, accurate, and complete.
    Collaborate with various internal functions to troubleshoot issues as they arise as well as leading solutions to resolve.
    Develop expertise in Global labeling processes across the businesses to support on-going inquiries and challenges.

    Develop standard reports and presentations for management review as well as update metrics that highlight overall status performance on a periodic basis.

    Highlight Workstream trends, risks, variances and key metrics.
    Assist with development of work instructions/processes across Global Labeling.
    Participate and lead, as needed, new projects to ensure implementation success.
    Participate in validation of solutions implemented within Global Labeling.
    Establish and manage relationships with all partners (global & domestic)
    Understand and follow approved change management processes
    Other duties as assigned.
    Expected Areas of Competence

    Excellent MS Office Suite skills (in particular Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
    Excellent analytical skills to understand and troubleshoot data quality issues.
    Experience of working with relational databases.
    Knowledge of quality system elements and their interactions with other ERP systems.
    Basic understanding of US, EU and Global regulatory requirements for medical devices.
    Basic familiarity with label printing applications, PLM and ERP systems will be helpful.
    Excellent communication skills both written and oral, that can be applied in a complex environment both internal and external.

    Excellent inter-personal skills, being able to engage and involve a wide range of individuals on project activities on all levels.

    Exhibit strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills. Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

    Structured, methodical worker with attention to detail
    Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree required, along with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a Global Labeling systems role.
