    Adecco has a job opening for an HR Generalist in OAKDALE MN. The job requires working Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm with a pay rate of $32.00 an hour.

    Job Description:
    The HR Generalist is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functioning of Human Resources. They ensure that all government regulations, policies, procedures, and practices are followed effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Compliance (AAP, FLSA, posting requirements, etc.)
    • Recruiting and staffing support; manage recruitment tools
    • Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
    • HRIS administration
    • Benefits Administration (monthly billing, reporting, etc.)
    • Reporting (internal/external to HR)

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
    • International experience a plus
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills preferred)

    Pay Details:
    $32.00 per hour
