    KVC is currently looking to hire a Training Coordinator that will work with our Training Team. Develop and/or coordinate agency training including the new employee training. Schedule trainings, develop materials, present content, coordinate and manage event logistics and recordkeeping.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in social sciences or humanities. Education degree also considered.
    Certification/Licensure
    None.
    Work Experience
    Experience with event planning and execution, and large group facilitation. History of working in related fields as a teacher, presenter, and/or trainer. Experience working in positions of increasing responsibility with public and/or non-profit service organizations. Experience working with adult learners.

    Job Duties:

    Participate in internal and external meetings, workgroups and presentations as needed to facilitate agency's relationships with new and existing stakeholders.

    Attend staff meetings, take part in collaborative decision-making, goal setting, etc. Assist other team members as needed. Other duties as assigned.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
    Computer literacy specifically with word-processing, spreadsheets including formulas, charts, and graphs, flowcharting, PowerPoint.
    Emotional maturity and able to handle stressful situations.
    Able to work flexible hours and days.
    Valid driver's license and car insurance.
    Must have reliable transportation.
    Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work.
    Ability to travel, overnight on occasion.
    Demonstrate positive work ethic.
    Demonstrate understanding of confidentiality.
    Take initiative to meet licensure requirements, training requirements, and to develop competencies.
