:Northern Pharmacy and Medical Equipment is looking for a hands-on, organized, and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to help manage daily warehouse operations. This role is key in supporting the efficient flow of goods, supervising a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring accuracy in inventory, shipping, and receiving. The Warehouse Supervisor also plays a critical role in supporting our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) repair and delivery services.
Requirements:
- Supervise and support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, shipping, and DME logistics
- Lead a team of 6–8 warehouse staff, monitoring productivity, performance, and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse with properly labeled and accessible product locations
- Ensure accurate shipping and inventory documentation, including timely and complete reporting
- Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and product replenishment
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and assist in implementing process improvements
- Collaborate with department managers and delivery teams to streamline workflows
- Help resolve internal or external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead preferred; experience in the medical supply or DME industry is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping procedures, and inventory systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide team members effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal relationships
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Experience with inventory software and shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, Brightree, Elite Dispatch) is highly desirable
