- Handle all high-level regulatory consumer escalated complaints including Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Attorney General Offices (AG), and all other regulatory agencies.
- Identify instances of fraud and investigate fraudulent activities.
- Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
- Analytical thinking and decision making on questions pertaining to consumer information including Personal identifiable Information (PII), Sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (SPII) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations
- Experience working on regulatory compliance claims and complaints
- Experience performing routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision Business Expertise
- Proficient oral and written communication skills to exchange information
