    Schedule: 4 Day Work Week | 10 Hour Shifts | Multiple Schedules Available

    • Eligible for Hybrid work after 90 days of employment based on performance.

    As the Admissions Receptionist, you will:
    • Connect with potential clients who contact Sandstone Care through phone calls, chat messages, and faxes, and provide them with information and guidance.
    • Support the admissions department and other staff members with various administrative tasks, such as organizing digital records, preparing documents, and following up with outbound calls.
    • Follow Sandstone Care's policies and procedures to ensure quality performance, integrity, and patient satisfaction.
    • Participate in weekly meetings with your team and supervisor, and collaborate with employees from all departments to ensure positive working partnerships.
    • Demonstrate good judgment and emotional stability in evaluating situations and making decisions, even under pressure or stress.

    Qualifications
    • 2 years of proven experience in similar settings (Medical Office, Call Center, etc.)
    • 2 years of hands-on experience working with many computer systems required: CRM (Salesforce), Billing Software, Medical Health Records, Microsoft Office Suite and more.
    • Ability to type 50+ WPM while maintaining a conversation.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Experience in the substance use and mental health field is strongly preferred.
