    Position Purpose: The Community Collaboration Senior Associate coordinates, within general guidelines, essential daily administrative, technical and analytical processes while serving as an integral team member and trusted partner of the Community Collaboration team. Community Collaboration supports AACN and AACN Certification Corporation Boards of Directors to ensure effective, integrated governance processes to facilitate the work of the boards. The work is completed in partnership with the Community Collaboration team, multiple staff leadership and boards of directors. This role also works closely with the Community Collaboration Manager and others in the organization to collaboratively create meaningful, human-centered experiences that engage the AACN community.

    Main Accountabilities:

    • Ensures the effective implementation and evaluation of key processes that support the Community Collaboration department and organizational goals and objectives.
    • Assists on projects with defined outcomes and within agreed upon parameters.
    • Evaluates department processes and systems, identifies opportunities for improvements, assembles key stakeholders, defines solutions and implements action plans to improve efficiency, effectiveness that enhance the customer experience.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
    • Provide vital support to the team on projects and initiatives that engage our community of nurses including Community Collaboration operations and board meeting planning
    • Coordinates administrative functions for team members, boards of directors and other staff leadership including forms processing, managing calendars, board meeting planning and logistics, travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
    • Provide logistics and operations administration for external meetings in support of the CEO, CCO, CIO and CFO's external collaboration, strategic council and senior team.
    • Ensures effective coordination of specific accountabilities and key department initiatives.
    • Ensures timely and effective response to requests for information from internal and external

    customers via telephone, e-mail and mail.

    • Maintains effective communications with internal and external customers and key stakeholders.
    • Coordinates messaging for gifts and donations (e.g., board celebrations, board recognition, milestone markings).

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with responsibilities matching a majority of those for this position.
    • Experience working on projects requiring interaction with multiple team members.
    • Previous customer interaction experience required.
    • Experience managing multiple priorities.
    • Non-profit experience is desirable.

    Total Compensation:

    The target pay range for this role is $ $35.56/hr (annual equivalent $55,474 - $69,342)**
