    The primary purpose of the Sr.

    Technical Project Manager role is to lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of large to extra-large sized projects globally.

    Role Responsibilities:


    Plan and manage projects to completion against specific interim milestones and overall output deliverables by forming and leading global, cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.

    Works independently on a wide range of complex projects and is responsible for entire projects or processes.
    Define and manage project scope, charter, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, RACI matrix, quality management, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
    Financial management, forecasting, and setting total cost of ownership resource requirements for projects, potentially over multiple fiscal years.
    Ensure requirements, design, implementation, hypercare, and hand over to support are sufficiently planned, managed, and executed.

    Works closely with technology groups and business stakeholders who are responsible for the product area to ensure new strategy is developed and communicated.

    Develops strong relationships with business units & development groups to be able to influence and communicate to those who play a strong role in the process.

    Influence and maintain accountability in business partnerships and vendor relationships.
    Provides regular updates to Project Sponsors and Steering Committees and provide updates to the Board of Directors, if necessary.
    Disciplined and diplomatic follow up process for closing outstanding issues. Facilitate discussions to reach decisions.
    Identifies project impacts that may affect multiple teams or departments within a function/organization.
    Establishes an organization change management plan to include process changes, training, and communication plans to impacted stakeholders and customers.

    Facilitates lessons learned discussions with the full project team, coordinates a detailed financial review, and executes the remaining closing ceremonies for project closure.

    Serves as a technical or professional guide and provide subject matter expertise to employees or teams.
    May contribute to the development of goals and planning efforts for the department.
    Collaborate with PMO leader and team on process improvement and PMO maturity.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field.
    More than 7 years of relevant experience in IT project management


    Preferred Qualifications:
    MBA in IS or other master's degree desirable
    Project Management Certification
    Experience with Security, Infrastructure, Oracle or Application/Data (business intelligence) projects
    Knowledge of industry standard project management methodology and experience or familiarity with PMBoK, SDLC, Agile or related disciplines
    Knowledge of project management applications (for example: Microsoft Project, SharePoint, JIRA and Service Now), with solid track record of practical application
    Strong verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
