- Assist in the monthly close process, prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations along with judgmental reserves
- Actively participate in team projects, including but not limited to SOX testing, audits, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act reviews
- Demonstrate Hach and Danaher accounting policies and procedures
- Successfully manage competing priorities in a deadline driven environment with professional mobility and agility
- Perform ad hoc analysis focused on operational efficiencies
- Identify, develop, and implement standard work and efficiency improvements
- Drive continuous process improvement using DBS (Danaher Business Systems) tools
- Act as a subject matter expert for your areas of responsibility; including month end responsibilities
- Work cooperatively and productively with others to achieve results
- U.S. or International equivalent of bachelor's degree required
- 2 to 4 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Experience with manufacturing costing systems a plus
- Use of financial reporting tools including experience with a large ERP, Oracle preferred, and Microsoft office Suite with intermediate Excel skills
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- The salary range for this role is $60k-$65k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
- This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
