Job Description
Swift7 Consultants is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and their customers, ensuring every interaction reflects efficiency, clarity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
