    Description

    This Jobot Job is hosted by: We specialized in Heavy Duty Truck Dealerships, Entertainment, Retail and Banking, Dental & Medical Offices and Religious & Educational Centers.

    Each project is a collaborative effort with our clients, our design staff, engineers, interior designers and contractors, for a thoughtful creative design that attains our client's objectives.

    We use a process for each project called the "Three I's". Flexible Work Schedules
    We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect to join our team in the Architecture industry.

    This exciting opportunity will allow you to showcase your technical expertise in architecture and design while working on a variety of large-scale projects.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural project management, producing high-quality architectural designs, and managing and coordinating with project teams.

    Lead architectural design projects from the conceptual phase through to completion.
    Develop and implement project work plans and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
    Utilize Autocad and Revit software to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
    Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure project objectives and standards are met.
    Manage and coordinate with project teams, including providing technical guidance and feedback.
    Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
    Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet necessary specifications and standards.
    Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies to ensure we are delivering the most efficient and cutting-edge designs.
    Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
    Proven experience with Architectural Project Management.
    Proficiency in Autocad and Revit is essential.
    Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale architectural projects.
    Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
