**Pay:** $17.00

Bob Barker Company is seeking a Value Add Services (VAS) Team Member to support Value Add Service operations in our Ogden, UT distribution center and manufacturing facility.

**Broad Function**

The Value Add Services (VAS) Team Member will serve in three primary functions that add to and improve the products and services we offer to our customers: Kitting, Screening, and Embroidery. VAS Team Members are cross-trained and work efficiently within these three functions to support their team and the needs of our customers. The main responsibilities within these three functions are as follows:

**Screening -** Setup and prepare silk screening machines for operation according to specifications and work orders. Operate computer to generated patterns. Operate various production machines such as manual and automatic presses, dryers, and light table. Requires use of emulsions and inks.

**Kitting -** Prepare components and packaging materials. Count and pack small and medium parts or products in bags, cases, or other containers. Utilize auto-bagger machine to create kits. Check against packing lists for inclusion of all component parts on completed units. Apply special labels where necessary.

**Embroidery -** Prepare and count garments. Learn to prepare and operate embroidery machines and embroidery software. Verify customer requirements are met and that proper quantities are packaged and shipped.

All team members in Bob Barker Company's Ogden, UT facility are cross-trained in other departments and work together to accomplish the work each day. They will shift departments as needed in order to support customer and facility needs.

**Requirements**

High School Diploma/GED

**Physical Requirements**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch; and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk, lift, and manipulate 50 lbs. While the value-added area is climate controlled, team members regularly work in the warehouse and will encounter the temperatures and conditions present there.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

While performing the duties of the job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and the noise level is occasionally loud.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
