- Evaluate and provide therapy to children primarily below 8 years of age in community-based environments (mainly homes and preschools)
- Effectively convey treatment plan goals and recommendations to parents, caregivers, educators, and other therapists in person and in writing
- Complete comprehensive assessments, progress reports, and daily SOAP notes
- Possess reliable transportation to commute within the local community
- Create a personalized work schedule
- Clearance of a background check is required

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who embraces neurodiversity to work with children diagnosed with conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental delays, in natural surroundings such as homes and early childhood centers.
*Bilingual SLPs fluent in Spanish are eligible for an additional reward.*
We offer services to infants and toddlers aged 0-3 through the San Andreas Regional Center. Additionally, we extend services to children aged 3 and above via private insurance.
The role is structured as a W2 position. While we have a full caseload available, the therapist will have the flexibility to determine their workload. The therapist can opt for a full caseload or fewer hours based on their preference.
