    Overview:


    The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining clean and inviting guestrooms, delivering attentive and efficient service to all guests.


    Responsibilities:
    - Ensure guestrooms are thoroughly cleaned to set standards.
    - Prepare housekeeping carts with guest and cleaning supplies.
    - Remove trash and dirty linen from rooms and common areas.
    - Keep hallways, public spaces, and closets clean and organized.
    - Restock cleaning carts for the next day and refill chemical bottles.
    - Report any missing items or maintenance issues promptly.
    - Manage Lost and Found items according to procedures.
    - Prioritize guest satisfaction at all times.

    Qualifications:
    - High School diploma or equivalent; prior hotel or related experience preferred.
    - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
    - Capable of standing for the entire shift.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
