- Identify and establish new growth opportunities and revenue streams in existing and new markets to grow revenue and improve customer lifetime value
- Provide input into the setting of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets
- Understand manufacturing sales (contract manufacturers and sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams on appropriate pricing strategy for portfolio offers
- Establish and maintain accurate account strategy plan for annual budgeting
- Interface with key customer decision makers to validate and qualify opportunities being pursued to maximize Win rates and net sales

- Coordinate portfolio offers and prepare customer presentations for prospects and existing customers.

- 8 years+ senior account management experience in manufacturing, tooling, prototyping, or related manufacturing fields
- Experience selling to end markets that may have included consumer goods, health/beauty, aerospace, packaging, and/or general industrial is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue from key accounts
- Experience in selling complex solutions to large enterprises across multiple industries.
- Demonstrable ability to identify and grow new business.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging targets consistently.
- Build & maintain strong collaborative customer relationships to deliver preferred supplier status
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management majoring in Sales or Marketing or any other relevant discipline
- Actively collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Revenue Operations, Estimating, Program Management, Operations) to ensure customer needs are met and programs are delivered on time, with high quality.
