    What will you do?Assign duties to scheduled team members and oversee opening/closing procedures of concession standsOversee daily operations of multiple concessions stands in an assigned area of the ballpark Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsHelp train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS systemEnure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when neededAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessaryMore about youExperience working in Food Service is requiredMinimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesAbility to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree requiredPhysical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock to 35 pounds occasionally May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures, depending on the season Shift detailsEveningsDaysWeekendsEventsWho we areDelaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at the 41,297-seat Comerica Park, home of the MLB's Detroit Tigers.
