- Proven experience as a Foreman, with foreman training or certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and safety regulations.
- Advanced understanding of construction methods, building products, and codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Proficiency in reading Blueprints and construction management software.
- Ability to dissect complex projects into manageable tasks.
- Guide, assign, and supervise the work of construction staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Provide timely and constructive job evaluations.
- Implement disciplinary actions and assist with managing termination procedures as per company policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Ability to navigate construction sites and adapt to varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as bending, climbing, stretching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Job Summary: We're looking for a dedicated and dependable Foreman to head our concrete/masonry restoration crews. In this pivotal role, you'll manage everything from the ground up in our construction projects, guaranteeing timely completion, staying on budget, and upholding supreme quality standards. The perfect candidate will bring a robust background in project management and proven leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
** In the winter we do Ice Dam Removal, Twin Cities Ice Dam Removal when weather permits.
