    Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.

    What You'll Do:

    The Night Auditor is a fundamental part of our company's vision and provides our customers with excellent guest service at all times. The Night Auditor is responsible for checking guests in and out; reconciling daily transactions and reports; and answering guest inquiries and coordinating service through other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be flexible and able to work alone or with limited support, and be willing and able to work overnight shifts. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position.Full-time year-round positions are eligible for benefits as listed below.

    Position starts at $21.00/hr + DOE

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Check guests into and out of the resort through the property management system
    • Act as primary point-of-contact for guests, answering questions and addressing concerns
    • Communicate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, etc. to inform them of any guest needs or issues
    • Accurately handle transactions at the front desk
    • Reconcile transactions and balances due
    • Run end-of-day reports and audits
    • Maintain and balance cash bank as necessary
    What You'll Bring:
    • 1+ years front desk/customer service experience - preferred
    • 1+ years cash handling experience - preferred
    • Experience with Springer Miller hotel management software - preferred
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
