    *You will provide leadership and support to our Direct Service Professionals and the individuals we serve, helping them with their day-to-day activities at home and in the community


    Leadership & Support:

    • Lead, support, and supervise our dedicated staff in their efforts to assist the people we serve.
    • *High Standards:* Set and maintain high standards of conduct and performance for your team.
    • *Building Trust: *Foster trusting partnerships to enhance performance, engagement, and our culture.
    • *Documentation:* Ensure accurate billing and timely documentation of client interactions and support interventions.
    • *Behavioral Support:* Assist staff in implementing behavioral plans when necessary.
    • *Advocacy: *Advocate for and aid clients in various aspects of their lives, including housing, finances, and medical needs.
