    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionOur established dental office is in Colorado Springs, CO. Our team is growing and looking for an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator for our busy family practice. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday. We have a strong, supportive team and need someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

    We are asking the Dental Patient Coordinator to travel between our location and our sister office, working two days at each location.

    Duties/Responsibilities:


    Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health historyDeliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phoneAnswer calls and schedule new and existing patients for dental treatmentMaintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting areaKnowledge of dental insurance and an understanding of the breakdown of benefitsReview treatment plans and financials with patientsAssisted with meeting office financial goals by ensuring hygiene and dentist schedules were packed and scheduled appropriately.

    Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledgerUpdate necessary documents into DenticonMake outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointmentsAdditional duties as needed, such as assisting with laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in restrooms, and any other necessary tasks in our officeWe offer a robust benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, matching 401K, PTO, holiday pay, daily bonus pay, and more~RequirementsTwo or more years of experience in a dental front office setting is requiredDental Insurance knowledge is a mustAbility to work independentlyCustomer service orientedTeam playerKnowledge of Denticon is preferred but not required Salary Description $19-$21/hr
