- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior interventionists and other support staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement behavior support strategies in the classroom and school-wide.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding behavior interventions.
- Provide training and professional development to school staff and parents on behavior management strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of behavior assessment and intervention data.
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Valid California license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- At least one year of recent experience working as a BCBA in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
