Customer Service Representative

Carpinito Brothers is a retail and wholesale supplier of farm fresh produce, landscaping products, and lawn/garden supplies. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is adaptable, hard-working, and a good problem-solver.

Our company strongly emphasizes quality customer service and needs a like-minded individual for our Customer Service Representative. We're looking for someone to come to work with a smile and ready to treat each customer with professionalism, kindness, and respect. Our office has a very high call volume and the right individual for this job will be able to handle a variety of tasks while fielding these calls.

Responsibilities:

Answer multi-phone line system; route calls and assist customers with placing orders
Process online and emailed orders
Greet visitors in a professional manner; provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Daily cash count balancing
Run company errands as needed
Handle additional related office duties that arise
Provide additional administrative support to other departments as needed
Other duties as assigned, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Polished computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Google drive
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail, process oriented, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task while handling high volume of calls
Dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our clients as well as your colleagues

Available Monday thru Friday between 7AM and 5PM, Saturday 7AM – 1PM

Wages starting at $ $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
