    Our client is hiring a family law attorney with 1-6 years of experience. Those with civil litigation but no family law experience will be considered and encouraged to apply.

    Enjoy a hybrid remote environment in a collaborative environment with the technology, support staff and marketing to support your practice and grow with the law firm. An added perk, the office closes at 1pm on Fridays for three months of the summer

    Be prepared to expand your litigation attorney career by handling hearings, trials and depositions. Must manage multiple cases with deadlines and competing priorities.

    Responsibilities - Family Law Attorney

    Attorney responsibilities will include all aspects of a client's case, including communicating with clients, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attendance at hearings, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.

    Florida Bar license required. Litigation experience required. Family law preferred.

    Compensation and Benefits - Family Law Attorney

    The law firm offers competitive base compensation with bonus opportunities according to your experience level and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is based on years licensed and experience in family law or litigation. In addition, some remote work-at-home flexibility is offered.
