    A local well-established Allstate agency in Carrollton, GA, has an immediate need for a full-time or part-time Receptionist/Front Office Representative.     Position Overview:

    In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our agency greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and organizing documents.

    We are looking for a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization. As our Receptionist/Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in our office and contributing to the overall success of the agency.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
    • Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff members.
    • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
    • Maintaining an organized filing system for important documents and records.
    • Assisting the team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

    Requirements
    • Available to work Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Positive attitude and great work ethic.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Strong organization and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Prior experience as a customer service representative is preferred.
    • Property & Casualty experience preferred.
