    Description

    At Creative Financial Staffing, we are working with a reputable family-owned business to find an Accounting Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring smooth financial operations.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Data entry of invoices
    • Setup of new customer accounts
    • Posting of payments to the General Ledger
    • Collections calls for invoices 30+ days overdue
    • Assistance with filing and other projects as necessary

    We are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to fill this role. The successful candidate should have:

    Requirements:

    • Associate's degree in accounting or 2-3 years of experience in an accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting assistant role
    • Excellent data entry skills
    • Proficiency with Excel and a major ERP system
