- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous manner, maintaining a positive agency image.
- Monitor front lobby traffic and attend to client needs, ensuring a comfortable and organized environment.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer to appropriate parties, and maintain clear communication via Teams and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently assist with complaints and challenging situations, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Utilize EHR system to answer queries while respecting client rights and ethical standards.
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and handle administrative tasks following agency protocols.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with clients facing mental health or substance abuse issues is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions, exercise judgment, and maintain positive relationships with patients.
- Proficiency in administrative duties and computer skills.
- Preferably possess a driver's license for travel.
