    Location: Los Angeles, CA 90032 – Onsite M-F

    This Job Pays: $25-30 per hour W2 plus benefits

    Work Hours: Must be able to work day shifts with flexibility to work some nights or weekends if needed (but not often).

    Job Description:

    As a Desktop Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and other technology-related issues, ensuring seamless operations for our enterprise customers.

    What You Will Do:

    • Image PC's, laptops, and MAC's utilizing SCCM and Casper.
    • Perform maintenance, analysis, and repairs on personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals for enterprise customers.
    • Install printers and activate network ports, including desktop patching in IDF.
    • Assist remote users and remote sites, facilitating user and departmental moves as required.

    What Gets You The Job:

    • High school diploma; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of six months to two years of IT support experience.
    • Proficiency in operating systems: Windows 7, 10, OS X.
    • Familiarity with Office Productivity Software, particularly Office 2010 and 2016.
    • Experience with Cerner and ServiceNow is preferred.
