- Image PC's, laptops, and MAC's utilizing SCCM and Casper.
- Perform maintenance, analysis, and repairs on personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals for enterprise customers.
- Install printers and activate network ports, including desktop patching in IDF.
- Assist remote users and remote sites, facilitating user and departmental moves as required.
- High school diploma; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of six months to two years of IT support experience.
- Proficiency in operating systems: Windows 7, 10, OS X.
- Familiarity with Office Productivity Software, particularly Office 2010 and 2016.
- Experience with Cerner and ServiceNow is preferred.
