We are seeking experienced Splicers to join our team on a contract basis. As a Splicer, you will be responsible for performing cable splicing and maintenance tasks for our telecommunications infrastructure. This position requires self-discipline, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Note: This is a 1099 contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cable splicing and maintenance tasks according to industry standards and company guidelines.

• Utilize your own tools and vehicle to travel to various job sites.

• Work either day and night shifts as required to meet project deadlines.

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 1 year proven experience as a Cable Splicer or similar role in the telecommunications industry.

• Proficiency in cable splicing techniques and equipment.

• Must have your own tools and reliable transportation (vehicle).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $150 to $250
