VIKOR is currently looking to add to its team of dedicated individuals with a Project Administrator in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
+Responsibilities
- Set up new projects in QuickBase Ensure all necessary project documents are in QuickBase Verify bid worksheet quote and purchase order numbers match Review and compare project hours and expenses to budgets Manage change orders Prepare and submit the closeout package Prepare and submit the invoices Collect payments Work with the customer to submit obtain necessary documents approvals Work with the customer resolve issues collect payment Work with the project manager ensure administrative tasks completed timely fashion Work with team ensure equitable work distribution Work cross train troubleshoot Set up new vendors QuickBase Prepare submit vendor purchase orders Performs other duties assigned Reports Project Administration Manager Requirements Skills Visionary efficiency developments company Excellent computer skills ability learn adapt develop customer company submittal programs Self-starter motivated problem solver Proficient Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Basic understanding accounting principles quickly learn new software Required Meetings Coordination Daily interaction Project Administration team project managers Weekly Monday morning training Weekly Project Administration meeting Regular one-on-ones department manager Education Experience Associates degree related field preferred Prior related office experience preferred
