- Inform customers about ongoing sales and promotions
- Merchandise clothing and accessories for men, women, and kids
- Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise and ensuring cleanliness
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish assigned tasks
- Create a fun and efficient work environment
- Perform additional duties as required
- Availability to work until early September
- Flexible schedule for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Volcom brand and action sports industry
- Interpersonal, customer service, and basic math skills
