About the Role
We are inviting
students and early-career explorers
to join HawkRobo as part of our
Student Project Team
, supporting sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
This is a
non-paid, part-time, learning-based role
, designed for students who want hands-on exposure to how a startup builds traction, communicates value, and brings technology to market.
This role is
not a traditional employment position
, but a project-oriented experience focused on learning, mentorship, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Support market and customer research initiatives
- Assist with go-to-market and outreach strategy discussions
- Help analyze potential customer segments and use cases
- Contribute to marketing content ideas and campaign planning
- Learn how sales, partnerships, and strategy work in a real startup
What You'll Learn
- How early-stage startups approach sales and marketing
- How robotics and AI products are positioned for real-world adoption
- How business decisions connect with technical constraints
- How to communicate complex technology to diverse audiences

- Currently enrolled students or recent graduates

Pathway & Evaluation
This role begins with an
exploratory phase
. During this period, we will have
periodic check-ins
to reflect on progress, interests, and mutual fit, and to discuss potential next steps when appropriate.
Based on performance, engagement, and team evaluation, students may be considered for:
- Paid summer internships
- Longer-term or expanded roles
- Future opportunities as the company grows
- Participation does not guarantee a paid role.
