Financial Technology Operations Associate (Onsite)

Role:

Liberty Personnel Services in working with a financial advisory firm to help assist in their search for a Financial Technology Operations Associate. They are looking for someone to support the operations of the financial technology systems. Someone that can work with multiple teams to ensure everything is running smooth each day.

Responsibilities:

- Platform Monitoring and Support

Data Management and Analysis

Process Optimization and Enhancement

Documentation and Training

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within the fintech industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and systems (e.g., Dynamic 365, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tamarac/CRM, Python).

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
