- Meet or exceed set daily, weekly, monthly work performance targets
- Take inbound calls for leads inquiring about financial services
- Make 100 outbound calls per day to leads who have inquired about Trajan Wealth services
- Call-back and follow-up on previous prospect requests and inquiries
- Provide general information about our services while strictly adhering to compliance guidelines
- Set appointments for prospects to meet with advisors
- Plan and prioritize each day's activities
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up procedures for prospects and clients in Salesforce CRM
- Manage FAs' prospect schedule; book and reschedule prospects' appointments, as needed
- Eligible to obtain Series 65 Securities License after 12 months of employment
- Participate in Client Appreciation events (off hours)
- Other duties as required
- Minimum of 2 years sales or customer service experience, financial services industry preferred
- 1-year financial investment knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Forward-thinking attitude
- Ability and desire to obtain required licenses to become a Fiduciary Advisor, typically within 24 months of employment
- A flexible weekday availability is required; we rotate 8 hour shifts between 5am - 6pm. Additionally, occasional Saturday morning availability, on a rotation basis, is also required (9am-12pm).
Travel There is no travel required for this position. - $60,000-$70,000 base salary
- Production-based bonus paid monthly ($500-$2,000 per month)

Job DescriptionJob purpose
The Client Development Agent (CDA) primary role is to act as a first point of contact to all Trajan Wealth incoming leads and prospects. CDA will primarily generate initial appointments for all Trajan Wealth Advisors while answering, and following up on, general incoming inquiries from prospects interested in financial services, as well as provide scheduling support to advisers.
