    Description
    Overview: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational activities within the construction or manufacturing facility. This includes managing personnel, streamlining processes, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards to meet production goals efficiently. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
    • strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality management systems, and process improvement methodologies.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

      salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
      shift: First
      work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
      education: Bachelors

      Responsibilities

      1. Personnel Management:
      - Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
      - Provide guidance and feedback.

      2. Process Optimization:
      - Analyze workflows for efficiency.
      - Implement strategies for productivity improvement.

      3. Safety Compliance:
      - Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
      - Conduct regular inspections and training.

      4. Quality Assurance:
      - Establish and maintain quality standards.
      - Monitor production to meet specifications.

      5. Supply Chain Management:
      - Coordinate material procurement and logistics.
      - Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships.

      6. Budget Management:
      - Develop and manage operational budgets.
      - Identify cost-saving opportunities.

      7. Project Management:
      - Oversee project planning and execution.
      - Ensure timely completion and resource allocation.
