- Provide project support in development and implementation of specific
- Provide departmental audit support through vendor, record retention and other needed reviews
- Monitor, maintain and control the integrity of all accounting, and financial software to ensure proper procedures and controls are in place to limit potential risk
- All passwords, and access rights for the general ledger, check printing, and management report writer system rights must be set up and monitored regularly to ensure proper segregation of duties
- Monitor, research, define and communicate new or amended GAAP/NAIC regulations reporting requirements and its impact on the reporting requirements for the residual market mechanism
- 3+ years of experience working with databases and project management tools for data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
- Effective problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze issues, find root cause of problem, and consider a wide range of alternatives before acting
