    The role is to establish the roadmaps, designs, and supports the implementation of Platform Ops (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations); for private cloud, and machine learning capabilities to automate and streamline operational workflows.

    The successful candidate will be comfortable working with collaborators to understand the whole context, develop strategies, and ensure that the delivery is scalable, reliable, and available.

    Responsibilities:


    governance, principles, design standards, policies, and procedures that encourage innovation through automation & AI, whilst prioritizing security, reliability, and scalability across on-premises and cloud like Hyperscalers.automating and improving IT operational processes for service provisioning, configuration, and management.operational data monitoring, analysis, and automated remediation solutions to improve efficiency and with other teams, including application development and infrastructure teams, to support business applications and processes in new ways.

    Skillsand implementing sophisticated enterprise-level solutions.(IaC) through DevOps, and tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.monitoring and observability through platforms such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana.1 vendor technologies both on-premise and cloud, including Kubernetes & containers at scale.
