Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? A district in the Cobb County, GA area is seeking a dedicated SLP to join our team for the upcoming school year


Position:
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist


Caseload:
K-12th caseload


Pay Range:
$40-47/hr


Start Date:
August 2024


Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in educational settings.
Providing direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
Monitoring progress and adjusting intervention plans as needed.


Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience working with school-aged children is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
