    We're on a mission to create the world's most irresistible travel brand and we are seeking a talented and innovative Manager of International Marketing.

    As one of the key members of our crew, this person will contribute to our mission.

    As Manager of International Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in building out the Product Marketing function at Virgin Voyages.

    This includes launching and marketing new and existing product offerings, including new ships, onboard experiences, loyalty programs, and more. This role requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and eye for detail.

    What You'll Be Up To:

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to market Virgin Voyages' product offering to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
    • Work closely with Fleet Experience, Brand, and Revenue teams to identify priority and opportunity product offerings, including new itineraries, specialty sailings, onboard experiences/packages, and more.
    • Develop strategic and insightful product briefs to drive excellent creative output and serve as a resource for the broader Virgin Voyages organization.
    • Partner with Programs Team to oversee marketing development, execution, and launch for relevant Product Marketing initiatives.
    • Partner closely with Brand, Paid Media, and Digital Experience teams to effectively communicate Virgin Voyages' product offerings across multiple channels to drive brand consideration and conversion.
    • Champion new product marketing initiatives to gain alignment and support throughout the entire Virgin Voyages organization.
    • Spearhead implementation of Virgin Voyages' loyalty program, including partnering with stakeholders within Virgin Voyages and Virgin Group, guiding strategic development, technical implementation, marketing launch, and ongoing performance monitoring.
    • Track competitive activity across the cruise and travel categories, to inform strategic growth planning and execution.

    SuperPowers Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Communication or a related field of study
    • 5-7 years of related experience
    • Project management experience is preferred
    • Agency experience is a plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Must be detailed oriented and have superior organizational skills
    • Communicating around complex products and distilling ideas into digestible concepts
    • Experience managing projects for print and digital platforms or products
    • Experience with creating and managing budgets
