    We are a leading healthcare provider specializing in mental health and wellness, is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Inpatient Acute Psych Review Nurse. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the care and management of our inpatient psychiatric patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care during their stay with us.

    Location: Las Vegas, NV

    Shifts: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Department: Inpatient Psychiatric Unit

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient cases in the inpatient acute psychiatric unit.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Participate in continuous education and training to stay abreast of the latest practices in psychiatric nursing.

    Requirements:

    • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
    • Previous experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of psychiatric conditions and treatment plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
