- Understand how to professional and correctly present what Zion HealthShare offers in face to face (public presentations, small groups) and via technology (Zoom, email, text)
- Assist in taking scheduling and conducting client meetings, onboarding, offboarding and providing customer support
- Responsible for managing email inboxes and phone queues.
- Become an expert in the necessary processes that ensure the success of the development team
- Ensure accurate data tracking for assigned clients in CRM
- Qualifying new leads
- Assist clients with issues relating to their accounts and memberships via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Provide specific support assigned by development leadership
- Responsible in helping Zion HealthShare and Development Team achieve specific goals
- Plan, prepare, set-up and attend approved sponsorships and events
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years in Customer Service, Entry Sales, Client Support, or any combination or similar experiences (I.E. Receptionists, Call Centers, Sales Reps, SDR, etc.
- Experience with CRM Software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
- Associates degree in Business/Communication
- Worked directly within the health share/healthcare industry
- Experience working with a nonprofit (healthshare)

Postion Summary:
The Development Specialist plays a vital role in providing support in a variety of ways to the development team focused on both retaining and growing the number of companies, employer groups, affiliates and Direct Primary Care (DPC's) They report to the Accounts Manager, with direction from the Associate Director of Development. When needed, they will represent Zion HealthShare at specific meetings and events, some which may include travel.
