Manage strategic and business decisions related to product or product group creation, development, positioning, and marketing. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. 4+ years of experience with digital engineering toolsets, including PLM
4+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams that apply systems engineering fundamentals to design and architecture of a product development life cycle
Experience with model-based systems engineering
Experience managing product development from project kick-off to production, including product design, specification defining, software development and version control, bug fixing, design change handling, schedule control, BOM analysis, and resource and cost management
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.
