Medical Center East opened in 2003 and, for nearly 20 years, has provided patients with an outpatient care experience defined by patient comfort, privacy, personal service, and leading-edge technology.
Home of the Center for Excellence in Women's Care, the facility has earned distinction as being the first in Louisville to receive accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) for breast MRI, as well as Breast Imaging Center of Excellence (BICOE) designation.
The medical center offers a full range of services, including 24/7 emergency care, chest pain observation services, breast MRI, 3D digital mammography, laser eye surgery, diagnostic and medical imaging, outpatient surgery, orthopedic care, gastroenterology care, urology care, primary and specialty care, rehab services, laboratory, and infusion services.

Responsibilities:
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Active Kentucky registered nurse license or compact license with privileges to work in Kentucky
Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
One (1) year of patient care experience in specialty area
