    The Position:


    As a Tax Senior Associate at our client's firm, you'll focus on providing tax compliance and advisory services tailored to our clients' needs.

    Responsibilities include tax planning, return preparation, and conducting research on tax issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality service. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    3+ years of previous public accounting experience.

    Successful candidate should have CPA or on a timeline of obtaining within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.

    Ability to research and resolve complex issues with minimal oversight.
    Experience in planning and supervising larger engagement, previous tax return preparation experience is required.

    Solid research and writing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients.

    A competent working knowledge of accounting, auditing and tax software is required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and/or executing assigned tax returns and accounting/consulting projects, working directly with Partners and Senior Managers
    Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently
    Supervising and leading members of our internal team to ensure client engagements and projects are delivered in a timely manner
    Participate with more experienced personnel in coordinating large client engagements, identification of problems, tax law and computer model analysis and helping clients determine optimal strategies
    Continually participate in professional and personal development, including appropriate technical trainings
    Demonstrate leadership skills in support of all Firm policies and procedures to promote teamwork and loyalty
