    About the role:
    As a Senior Director of the Enterprise Solution Architecture team, you'll lead a team of highly skilled Solution Architects that work to design the foundation for how our global payments platforms perform and scale. Your expertise will define how the variety of existing and emerging payment capabilities interoperate to create valuable propositions that advance the way the world pays.

    About the team:

    The Enterprise Solution Architecture team operates globally as an ensemble cast that supports the business, product, and technology stakeholders throughout the merchant business. This is a team sport where the collective knowledge of the team and organization are harnessed to create thoughtful end-to-end solutions in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders from across the company.

    What you will be doing:

    • Defining solutions that integrate new and existing components to solve business problems.

    • Collaborating with key stakeholders to refine requirements that solve experience needs.

    • Maintaining a catalogue of reusable functional application components relevant for applications and product lines.

    • Create diagrams documenting the current and target state of the technology landscape.

    What you will need:


    • Bachelor's in computer science or engineering, or the equivalent experience – post-graduate education desired.


    • Five or more years of experience in leading globally distributed teams providing consulting or architecture services


    • Five or more years of experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and a background leading large projects and implementing applications in a shared services environment.


    • Experience with large-scale Transformation Programs and Fortune 500 companies


    • Experience with cloud transformations and cloud migrations

    • Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques.


    • Great soft skills in stakeholder management.

    Added bonus if you have:


    • Experience with formal Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, Archimate)

    • Experience in the Payments Industry.


    • Experience in Program & Project Management


    • Experience in Product Management
