    Guest Service Agent - Dates of need: 5/1/ /31/2024

    Qualifications

    Greet and communicate with all resort guests.

    Effectively use the Property Management System (PMS) to register and assign rooms to guests issue room keys/cards, transmit and receiving messages, access and maintain guest folios, answer the phone, make and confirm lodging reservations as well as reservations for all resort amenities.

    Present statements and collect payments from departing guests, act as a cashier in all outlets as necessary.

    Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process and answer inquiries pertaining to services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining or entertainment.

    May assist guests with their luggage. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.


    *Experience is not required but extensive PMS computer training is required.

    Compensation Range

    The compensation for this position is $16.62/Hr. - $16.62/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
