    HR Coordinator

    We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team.


    Position Overview:
    As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources and Corporate Communications functions.

    This position will involve assisting with various HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, and administrative tasks.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


    Essential Functions:


    Provide administrative support to the VP of HR/Corporate Communication, including expense reports, calendar management, phone calls, time tracking, meeting arrangement, and travel organization.

    Address employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
    Facilitate the recruitment process by creating and sending offer letters and benefits packages through HRIS.
    Ensure compliance with Form I-9 requirements, maintain I-9 files, and assist with new-employee background checks.
    Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
    Assist with processing terminations and preparation of performance review processes.
    Schedule meetings and interviews as needed, coordinating logistics effectively.
    Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, mailing, scanning, and filing documents appropriately.
    Support the preparation of correspondence and training materials.
    Manage training events and assist with the new hire orientation program.
    Track and manage temporary and contractor onboarding processes.
    Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
    Provide backup support for the receptionist when required.
    Perform other duties as assigned by management.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support role.
    Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
