- 5+ years of experience with data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization concepts
- 4+ years of experience using Excel features, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables, to maximize results from large data sets
- 2+ years of experience using Power BI in big data environments to create interactive dashboards and features, actionable alerting, and deep data exploration
- Ability to optimize Excel, Microsoft PowerPivot, and Power BI using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
- Ability to facilitate data manipulation, data extraction, and automation tasks utilizing Python programming
- Ability to provide valuable insights for analysts by analyzing operational data in order to make logical conclusions
- Ability to effectively comprehend and decompose stakeholder data requirements, and report and communicate complex findings and dense data-rich results to non-technical decision-makers and stakeholders

As a client-facing data analyst on our law enforcement team, you'll work closely with your clients to answer questions and understand their needs, and then deliver solutions as you dig into data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
